Flavour was already into music at a young age and even started playing drums in his local church at age 13. He attended WTC Primary School in Ogui Layout before proceeding to College of The Immaculate Conception, Enugu (CIC Enugu) where he acquired his secondary education.Â

Flavour is single and not in any relationship at the moment. However, he has three children namely Gabrielle, Sophia, and Kaima Okoli from two of his baby mamas. Also, Flavour adopted a son named Semah G. Weifur. Â
Career
Flavour started his music career at a young age as he was a drummer at age 13 in his local church. After completing his education, he remained solely working on perfecting his musical abilities.
At age 19, Flavour became a drummer and pianist for a local band in Enugu State. While with the band, he was able to learn a lot and later received an offer to perform at the City Centre still in Enugu State, Nigeria.
In 2005, Flavour released his debut album “N’abania” through Obaino Music Production. This album was limited to the eastern side of Nigeria both in popularity and in sales. Still, on this album, Flavour featured Mr Raw who contributed greatly to his popularity.
While working steadily on building his name in the entertainment industry, he released “Uplifted” in 2010 through Lolhiphop Records and “Blessed” in 2012 through 2nite Entertainment and iRocking Ltd. Blessed is one of the best albums by Flavour as it featured a lot of producers who worked tirelessly for its success.Â
Flavour further moved to produce several other albums including “Thankful” in 2014 and “Ijele – The Traveller” in 2017. To date, he remains one of the most influential artists in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
